Mana Kinoshita is an Associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Ms. Kinoshita’s practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, including general liability, premises liability, products liability, general tort liability, professional malpractice, commercial litigation and trucking and commercial auto accidents.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kinoshita assisted in prosecution of white collar and organized crimes for the Economic Crimes Bureau of the District Attorney’s Office. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bruce Allen of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and as an intern for the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
Ms. Kinoshita earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University in 2009. She earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Ms. Kinoshita was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, member of the Dean’s List, student attorney for the Disability Rights Clinic, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta. She is fluent in Japanese and proficient in Spanish. Ms. Kinoshita is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York and New Jersey.
