David Gorman is of counsel in the Firm’s Boston office. As a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts bars, Mr. Gorman has more than thirty years of litigation and trial experience in Connecticut and Massachusetts courts. Mr. Gorman’s primary practice focuses on the defense of design professionals in all types of claims including negligent design claims, construction site accident claims, contract claims, bid protests, employment claims, and complaints before the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers/Land Surveyors and the Board of Registration of Architects. Mr. Gorman’s practice also includes the defense of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, and wrongful death claims.
Mr. Gorman received his undergraduate degree from Denison University in 1985 and law degree from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gorman was a partner in the professional practices group at Donovan Hatem, LLP in Boston, a partner at David J. Gorman, P.C., and National Litigation Counsel for Raytheon Engineers & Constructors.
