Alan L. Korzen is an Of Counsel in the Firm’s New York and New Jersey offices. He has over 18 years of experience litigating matters in the areas of premises liability, construction law, construction defect, products liability, commercial claims, professional and medical malpractice, foodborne illness and automobile accidents.
Mr. Korzen has tried several matters and has written and argued several appeals in New York. He is currently lead defense counsel on numerous complex litigation matters in diverse areas of law including, construction defect, premises liability, commercial claims and professional malpractice.
He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and before The United States District Courts in the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York, and the Districts of New Jersey and Connecticut.
Mr. Korzen received a B.A. from the George Washington University in 1986 and his J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law in 1989. Mr. Korzen is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
