Becky L. Caruso is an associate in the firm's New York and New Jersey offices. Her practice includes all aspects of litigation, including construction, construction defect, premises liability, and products liability cases, insurance fraud and NY no-fault insurance.
Ms. Caruso recieved her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the Pennsylvania State University in 2005. She earned her J.D. from the Widener University School of Law in 2008. While at Widener she served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Chester County, Pennsylvania District Attorney's office, prosecuting criminal matters at the preliminary hearing and summary trial stages.
She is a member of the bars of the states of New York and New Jersey. Ms. Caruso is also a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Essex County, New Jersey Bar Association.
