Daniel P. Lynch has been engaged in litigation and trial work on behalf of defendants for more than 35 years. He has represented insured and self-insured clients in product and premises liability and general negligence matters, along with healthcare providers, attorneys and accountants in professional negligence claims. He has appeared in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and, by special admission, in New Jersey and Delaware. His experience in construction and related fields includes a substantial number of trials involving elevators and escalators, ladders and scaffolds and construction equipment.
He serves as a pro tem judge in the court-mandated settlement program in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and is a certified mediator in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Lynch received his B.A. degree from DeSales University in 1971 and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1975.
