David Brosnihan joined the Boston office of the Firm in 2011. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, general insurance defense, defense of personal injury, construction defect, industrial accidents, insurance compliance, toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, and insurance coverage cases.

Mr. Brosnihan received his B.A. from Providence College in 2004, and was awarded a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law in 2007. Mr. Brosnihan is licensed to practice in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
