Diane Marie Uhl, Esq. is Of Counsel in the firm's Washington D.C. office. She is a skilled attorney and a licensed registered nurse with extensive experience in the defense of professional liability cases. She has defended hospitals, doctors, nurses, and other medical specialists in a wide variety of claims; including claims involving birth injuries and neonatal death, improper obstetrical care, wrongful death, improperly performed surgery, failure to diagnose, failure to treat, misinterpretation of studies, improper positioning, improper neonatal and pediatric care, and other claims.
Ms. Uhl received her B.S. from the University School of Nursing in 1985 and worked as an oncology nurse and critical care nurse at both Johns Hopkins University Medical Center and University of Maryland Hospital. She received her J.D. in 1991 and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
