Elizabeth Pavlick is an Associate in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office, focusing her practice in civil litigation. She has represented contractors and subcontractors in construction and commercial disputes, and has evaluated potential claims and prepared defense strategies for architecture and engineering firms. Ms. Pavlick also has experience managing complex litigation, transactional issues and employment matters. She has represented corporate clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Pavlick is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Massachusetts. She received her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, and her B.A. cum laude from Boston University.
