Ewan M. Clark is Of Counsel in the Firm’s New York and New Jersey offices. He has over 10 years experience in handling construction, construction defect, premises liability, employment law, products liability and commercial law matters from the pleadings stage through the appellate process.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Clark worked on environmental and environmental coverage matters for large New Jersey firms prior to sitting his Series 7 & 63 exams and becoming a stock broker for a New York investment bank. Upon his return to the law, he became associated with a New Jersey firm that represented corporate clients in construction defect, contract, employment, commercial collection, environmental and general commercial disputes. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Clark has provided counsel to and defended large corporations and insurance companies in a variety of construction, construction defect, premises liability, employment, products liability and commercial cases.
Mr. Clark graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics in 1991. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 1996.
He is admitted to practice in the trial and appellate courts of New York and New Jersey, the District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ewan is also a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
