Felicity A. McGrath is a Partner in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. She is experienced in litigating matters in the areas of personal injury and products liability.
Ms. McGrath has tried numerous matters in Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. She has experience representing manufacturers and retailers across the United States in the areas of food safety and foodborne pathogens, product tampering, allergies, and food sensitivities.
Ms. McGrath is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bar associations. She is also a member of the DC Defense Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and received her J.D. from the University of Miami (cum laude) in 1995, where she was an Articles and Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. Ms. McGrath was also elected to membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, national leadership honor society in 1994.
