Jennifer A. McGarrity is an Of Counsel in the Firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Her practice includes all aspects of litigation, including general liability, premises liability, toxic tort, asbestos litigation, products liability, construction defect and catastrophic loss.
Ms. McGarrity received her B.A. in 2001. She earned her J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2004, where she was a Moot Court Executive Board member. While on the Moot Court Board, Ms. McGarrity was a quarterfinalist in the Albany Law School Family Law Moot Court Competition in her second year, and champion of the Regent University School of Law Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition in her third year. Throughout her third year of law school she served as a certified legal intern for the Chester County Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting criminal matters at the preliminary hearing and summary trial level.
Ms. McGarrity is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. McGarrity also serves as a court-appointed Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program.
