Jocelyn Leyretana joined the Washington, D.C. office of the Firm in 2004 and works closely with Michael Nussbaum in areas of general civil litigation, including complex commercial cases, and media and First Amendment issues.
Ms. Leyretana received her B.S. and B.A. degrees with honors from Chapman University where she double majored in business administration and political science. She was awarded a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2002. While in law school, Ms. Leyretana was active in moot court and the Tax Law Society and served as a judicial extern to Justice Reuben Ortega of the California Court of Appeals. Following graduation she worked at the Office of Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service.
