Kenneth H. Naide is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Boston office. He has over seven years of experience litigating matters in the areas of general liability, construction accident litigation, construction defect litigation and complex insurance disputes.
Mr. Naide has tried numerous matters in Connecticut and Massachusetts and has argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court. He has represented contractors, architects and a variety of national corporations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Naide was a state prosecutor in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Mr. Naide is a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts bar associations. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in both Connecticut and Massachusetts.
He graduated from Syracuse University, B.A. in 1994 and received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1998. Mr. Naide is also a member of the Town of Milton Conservation Commission.
