Kevin E. Monastra is an associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. His practice includes all aspects of litigation, including general liability, premises liability, asbestos litigation, products liability, construction defect and catastrophic loss.
Mr. Monastra received his B.A. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University in 2000. He earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Monastra specialized in defending design professionals in matters involving error and omission claims, construction defect claims and catastrophic construction site accidents.
Mr. Monastra is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
