Ms. Kristin A. Hartman is an Of Counsel attorney in the Firm’s Boston, MA office. During the last 13 years, she has litigated matters in the areas of premises liability, sexual harassment claims, product liability, motor vehicle liability, construction liability and has worked in conjunction with the Boston Housing Authority to provide defense in environmentally based personal injury cases.
Ms. Hartman has litigated, arbitrated and mediated several cases involving premises liability and motor vehicle liability. Ms. Hartman has defended product liability cases for a variety of manufacturers and retailers, including the following types of products: electric hoists, ladders, food packing machines and sanding sealant.
Ms. Hartman is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. She is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.
Ms. Hartman graduated cum laude from Binghamton University, in 1993, and she received her J.D. from Boston University Law School in 1996.
