Lynda E. Liebhauser is Of Counsel in the Firm’s New Jersey/New York office. She has over 10 years of experience litigating matters in the areas of premises liability, construction defect litigation, automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, labor law and civil litigation.
Ms. Liebhauser has been named as lead counsel in automobile liability litigation issues and has argued appeals and numerous motions.
Ms. Liebhauser is a member of the New York and New Jersey bar associations. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, United States District Court, District of New Jersey; United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
She graduated from St. John’s University (cum laude), B.S. in 1994 and received her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1998.
