Megan A. Wallace is an Associate in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. She is currently litigating matters in the areas of personal injury, product liability, employer’s liability and contracts.
As a law student, Ms. Wallace served as a managing associate editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, and she published "An Injustice to Section 302: The Full-Time Union Representative Compensated by the Employer," 8 T.M. Cooley J. Prac. & Clinical L. 277 (2006), addressing the legality of payments to union representatives under section 302 of the Labor Management Relations Act.
Ms. Wallace is a member of the American Bar Association and District of Columbia bar association. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
In 2003, she graduated cum laude with a B.A.in Political Science from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. Ms. Wallace is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
