Mindy L. Jayne is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s New York and New Jersey offices. She has over 7 years of litigation experience and has handled construction defect, premises liability and products liability matters since joining the firm in 2007.
Upon entering the legal field, Ms. Jayne was an associate with a New York firm that represented insurance companies in matters involving general negligence and products liability. Since joining Bonner Kiernan, Ms. Jayne has defended corporate clients and insurance companies in a variety of construction, construction defect, premises liability and products liability cases.
Ms. Jayne graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Public Affairs in 1998. She earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law (cum laude) in 2001.
She is admitted to practice in the trial and appellate courts of New York and New Jersey, and the District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Ms. Jayne is also a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
