Robert E. Koosa is an Of Counsel in the Firm’s Boston office.  Mr. Koosa has experience litigating matters in the areas of product liability, insurance defense, toxic torts and commercial litigation, and has extensive appellate experience in the state and federal courts.

He received his B.A.from Merrimack College cum laude in 1995, and received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law summa cum laude in 2001.

  • Represented pharmaceutical manufacturer in product liability action arising from statin use
  • Represented ERISA plan administrator against claims arising from denial of long-term disability benefits

  • Represented employers against personal injury claims allegedly resulting from negligence and premises liability
  • Represented manufacturer against product liability claim alleging injuries resulting from a defective heat sealer
