Michael Chefitz, a partner in Bonner Kiernan's Boston office, and William White, a partner in our Washington D.C. office, presented at the Society of Claims Law Associates (SCLA) annual Claims Conference in Orlando, Florida.  The conference, held from November 3-5, 2011, affords continuing education to claims professionals from insurance companies all over the US, and culminates in the presentation of the SCLA designation to professionals completing a rigorous series of seminars and examinations. Messrs. Chefitz and White gave a presentation entitled: "A Fresh Look at an Old Remedy: Using Declaratory Judgment Actions to Resolve Claims." Bonner Kiernan congratulates the new SCLA designees.
