Moving Up at Bonner Kiernan
Attorneys Paula Clifford, Ken Naide and Kate Yoder Promoted to Partner

      Several Bonner Kiernan attorneys have been recognized for their outstanding contributions to the firm and were promoted at a recent Partnership Meeting.  Congratulations to Paula Clifford, Kenneth Naide and Katherine Yoder who have been promoted to Partner, and to Nimalan Amirthalingam and Dawn Singleton who have been promoted to Of Counsel.  Each of these attorneys has distinguished themselves through excellent and diligent legal work and their professional relationships both inside and outside of the firm.

    Paula Clifford has worked in the firm's Boston office since 2002 specializing in the defense of personal injury, construction, employer liability construction defect and premise liability cases.  Prior to joining Bonner Kiernan Ms. Clifford worked as an assistant district attorney prosecuting serious crimes.

    Kenneth Naide has been with the firm since 2002 and has many years of experience litigating matters in the areas of general liability, construction accident litigation, employer liability, construction defect and complex insurance disputes.  Mr. Naide has tried numerous matters in Connecticut and Massachusetts and has argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court.

    Katherine Yoder joined Bonner Kiernan's Washington, D.C. office in 2002 and has significant experience litigating matters in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, products liability defense, construction defense and toxic torts. Ms. Yoder  clerked for the Honorable Cheryl Long of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia before joining the firm.

    Nimalan Amirthalingam works in the firm's Washington, D.C. office and has focused his practice in civil litigation.  Since joining Bonner Kiernan in 2008 Mr. Amirthalingam has litigated matters in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability, contracts and premises liability.

    Dawn Singleton joined Bonner Kiernan's Washington, D.C. office in 2004 and has 14 years of experience litigating matters in the areas of personal injury including matters involving landlord and tenant, employment, construction and professional engineers.
