Aronson, La Hait and Posner Join Bonner Kiernan's Boston Office

Bonner Kiernan is excited to announce that Joseph Aronson & Robert La Hait have joined the firm's Boston office as Partners, and Joseph Posner has joined as an Associate.  The group has moved their successful litigation practice to Bonner Kiernan from The McCormack Firm where they had practiced together for several years.

Mr. Aronson's  practice includes the areas of construction defects, construction accidents, products liability, wrongful death, commercial and business disputes, professional liability, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, liquor liability, and premises liability. He has tried cases in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire state courts, the Massachusetts federal court, the New York Supreme Court and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. He has successfully argued cases before the appellate courts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Mr. La Hait has over 25 years of experience litigating and trying matters in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. While he has litigated all manner of business and insurance dispute, representing several Fortune 500 companies and numerous national insurance companies, a large portion of his practice is focused in the area of insurance coverage. He has first chaired numerous jury trials to a successful conclusion. He also has successfully briefed and/or argued insurance coverage cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Appellate Court of Connecticut and the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Posner's practice is focused in civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals in disputes involving construction defects and accidents, premises liability, product liability, employment, and personal injury.  He also advises and assists corporate and individual clients on various issues related to commercial leases, real estate transactions and contract disputes.
